Start with the onboarding process
Businesses wishing to showcase industrial materials can use Contact ROCKVEIN to ask about onboarding and the information required. Existing supplier account holders can go directly to the supplier workspace. Joining provides a way to present company and supply information, not a promise of customer numbers, inquiries or sales.
Separate company information from individual products
Your company profile explains who the supplier is; each offering explains what it supplies. Prepare the material name, product form, specifications, units and supply description for each product, stating applicable conditions, ranges and information dates clearly. Do not extend one product's specifications or capabilities to every product.
Use images that reflect the information shown
Submit images you have the right to use that relate to the company or product, with clear descriptions. Images can show appearance and context, but cannot alone establish composition, performance, production capacity or stock. Explain the basis and scope of such claims in the relevant information; do not present illustrations as evidence of an actual product or site.
Authorize business contacts separately
The account sign-in email is used for account access; it does not automatically become a business contact shown to visitors. Submit and authorize the intended business channels separately. After review and publication, visitors must still request access under the platform's current rules. Provide contacts suitable for business conversations and confirm that you can authorize their disclosure to visitors.
Submit for review before publication
Submitted company information, supply descriptions, images and business contacts do not become public immediately. The information is reviewed; if additions or changes are requested, revise it using the feedback and submit again. Only published content appears on public pages; submitting information or having it approved does not mean it is live.
Keep published information up to date
When specifications, supply descriptions, images or business contacts change, submit the updates through the supplier workspace for review and confirmation of publication. If public information is incorrect, contact ROCKVEIN with the page that needs attention. Once a visitor has access to contact details, the parties confirm requirements, prices and delivery terms directly; the platform currently provides no online transaction service.
