From finding a material to starting a conversation
Search by material, explore different suppliers and their offerings, then request access to authorized business contacts. Use the supply-and-demand board and Global Insights to explore further options and industry context.

1. Start with a material name or category
Enter a name in the material directory or browse a category. Results reflect the information currently published on the platform. If nothing appears, try another common name or ask ROCKVEIN through the contact page. Not finding a material here does not mean it is unavailable in the wider market.
2. Compare suppliers, not just material names
Where a material has several suppliers, explore each company's profile, specific supply details and published images. Pay attention to product form, specifications, units and information dates. Treat each supplier's description separately; an unlisted specification is not a promised supply condition.
3. Decide whether to make contact
No sign-in is needed to browse the information. When an offering interests you, register or sign in to a viewer account and request access to the authorized business contact details, then contact the supplier directly. Before making contact, note the specifications, quantity and delivery timing you want to discuss. Viewing contact details does not send an inquiry or mean that the supplier has accepted a purchasing request. Prices, samples, delivery and other terms still need to be agreed between the parties.
Explore supply offers and purchasing needs
The supply-and-demand board displays published supply offers and purchasing needs. Check the listing type, publisher, status and dates, then use the next-step options on its detail page. Confirm specific supply or purchasing conditions with the publisher; a listing is not an agreed transaction.
Read events and background in Global Insights
Global Insights covers industrial minerals, global mining and materials supply chains in English and Chinese. Open an article, check its publication date, consult its sources and explore related reading. Industry coverage can help explain the sourcing environment, but it does not establish any supplier's specifications, stock or delivery capacity.
For suppliers, start with an onboarding inquiry
Businesses interested in showcasing products can contact ROCKVEIN to learn about onboarding. Existing supplier account holders can use the supplier workspace to submit company information, supply details, images and authorized business contacts. Submission does not make information public; review and confirmation of publication are required.
